← WWNS: What Would Nate Say?

Six Fronts × the Fellowship

What each of Nate's nine Bend Not Break archetypes (Frankly #58) could do on each of the 30 facets of the Six Fronts (Frankly #132). Every archetype can work on every front; the yellow cells are the strongest fits, the ones to reach for when an issue features only one or two archetypes per front. The Disarmer column is the exception: few readers will do that work themselves, so its cells describe how to support those who do. Click any cell for both definitions.

Roles and fit ratings are editorial suggestions for the WWNS series, not Nate's own mapping; Nate does not assign archetypes to fronts in Frankly #58 or #132. Archetype definitions paraphrase or quote Frankly #58; facet definitions come from the nate-hagens-kg graph.

The Disarmer is rated against Nate's definition (catastrophic military and nuclear risk), so many of its cells are light or empty. WWNS #4 used it in a broader sense and said so in the text.
